1. Business Eligibility
Stitchers Enterprises operates strictly as a B2B manufacturer and wholesaler. By engaging with us, you confirm that you are a legal business, organization, reseller, distributor, or agency with the authority to enter into commercial agreements.
2. Product Orders & Customization
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Custom orders (including size, color, branding, and packaging) must be approved in writing before production begins.
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply based on product type.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are provided in USD unless otherwise agreed.
- A deposit (usually 30–50%) is required to confirm production. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
Payments must be made via bank transfer, wire, or other approved channels.
4. Production Timelines
- Standard production lead times range from 2–4 weeks, depending on product category and order volume.
- Delays caused by client-side design changes or late payments may affect timelines.
Stitchers Enterprises is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, customs clearance, or courier issues.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer international shipping through trusted freight and courier partners.
- Clients are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their respective countries.
Shipping costs will be quoted separately unless otherwise stated.
6. Returns & Claims
- As a custom bulk manufacturer, we do not offer returns or refunds on personalized products.
- In case of damage or quality issues, claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
- Approved claims will be resolved through replacements, credit notes, or partial refunds, at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
- Logos, designs, and branding provided by clients remain their property.
- Stitchers Enterprises will not use client designs for resale or replication.
- All content, design, and materials on our website are the property of Stitchers Enterprises and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client orders, designs, and specifications. Your business data and trade information will never be shared or disclosed to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
Stitchers Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, product misuse, or third-party logistics issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sialkot, Punjab.
